High charge on return fee from Surfit.com 3
I told a representative of Surfit.com my loveseat's measurement & was advised to buy a sofa cover instead of a loveseat one because it was a little bigger than a normal one, she said. When I got the sofa cover, it's way too big for my loveseat so I called (6 times) the company to return the cover but couldn't reach anyone the first 2 days (week days) & had to leave 2 messages for them to call me back. I've to wait some days to receive a return authorization number and UPS return label from Surfit. Items must be returned within 30 days of the original ship date. So I already lost 1 week for the calls & label + 1 week for them to ship me the item at first. After mailing the item, I didn't receive any acknowledgement of receipt by email from Surfit as other companies such as Victoria's secret, JP Penny, Amazon.com, Macy, etc... After 28 days, I checked my bank account & found their refund. However, it is $24 less! They charged me $12 for "Original shipping & handling" + $12 for "return processing fee"! I bought many clothes from Victoria's Secret & other websites, not only the return time is longer (90 days from Victoria's Secret) but also only a small mailing fee was deducted ($6), that's all!
I believe this kind of service of Surfit.com shows that they don't respect customers. I will never buy any thing from this company again & won't advise anyone to!

Very comfortable, soft. The burgundy looks a little pinkish, but that's my only complaint. If installed properly, for example if you tuck everything in and if you make sure the ties are secure, it should stand up to daily movement.
Slip Cover4
The cover was purchased for covering the damage to a loveseat caused by college boys. It works perfectly. However, we did not have the side pillows so it is a little large, but it serves it's purpose just fine.
